Dee is currently the head lacrosse coach at Charlotte Catholic High School, where she has held the position for over 15 years. During her stay, she has taken the Cougars to the NC State Championship nine times, including wins in 2010 and 2014. In addition, Coach Bier has coached the North Carolina State Games, the Girl’s Under Armour All-America South Team, North Carolina American-Select Lacrosse teams and served on the NFHS Girls Lacrosse Rules Committee.

Dee began her lacrosse career at Farmingdale High School on Long Island, where she then received an athletic scholarship to play basketball and lacrosse at Hofstra University.
